Let's work together.
One hour together, face to face. Whether you want to travel, relocate, invest — or just get straight answers to your questions. One hour of my time, entirely on your case.
I'm Bisca. From Bangkok I help people who want to travel, move over, invest or open a business in Thailand. Food ventures are my thing.
I grew up inside a family restaurant, between baking trays and dough — started working young, studied, experimented, got things wrong. Then in 2015 I opened Don Ciccio in Turin: today it's ranked among the best pizzerias in Italy by 50 Top Pizza.
Alongside that, I started travelling. Japan, Vietnam, Thailand. And Thailand is where I stopped. Not by chance — that country stopped being a destination and became a question. A two-week trip turned into a month, then two, then three.
Today I live in Bangkok — a chaotic, contradictory city I love and hate at the same time. I help people who want to genuinely understand this place: those who want to travel it, move here, open a business or invest.

This is where you'll find my guides and kits. They're built to solve a real problem — most of them didn't exist for travellers who wanted the real Bangkok, so I made them and put them in your hands.
I'd wanted to move to Thailand for two years but got stuck on everything: visa, housing, healthcare, tax. I booked an hour with Bisca knowing full well I knew nothing. Four months later I was in Chiang Mai with a valid visa and a signed lease.
I was about to buy a sea-view apartment in Phuket at a "bargain" price. Bisca gave me the three reasons I shouldn't. He was right. Then he told me what to look for instead. Six months later I closed the deal that actually made sense.
We wanted to open a pizzeria in Sukhumvit. Bisca took our business plan apart over three calls, reworked the location, suggested the flour supplier, introduced the accountant. Opening went smoothly, break-even by month six.
