Do you only work with people in one country?
No. I work with people wherever they are — Europe, Southeast Asia, anywhere in the world. Sessions happen over Zoom, so your physical location isn't a problem.
Can I book an hour with you before messaging?
Yes, of course. On the One hour with me page you'll find all the details and direct booking on Calendly. If you're not sure it's right for you, message me first using the form above — I'll point you in the right direction, free of charge.
What happens after I send the form?
You automatically get a confirmation notice. I get your request in real time in my inbox and reply personally within 48 hours with a first bit of guidance — even just to tell you I'm not the right person for you, if that's the case.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Everything you tell me stays between us. I don't share information with third parties, I don't use specific cases for social content without written permission, and your data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.
